A rare Japanese seating experience

Every table uses a height-adjustable horigotatsu: traditional low Japanese seating with space below the floor for your legs.

Built by an electrician, over ten years

Drawing on his electrical work, owner Nakamura developed the restaurant from an empty plot of land. He built the lifting tables and the smartphone ordering and checkout systems. The kitchen combines equipment from Japan and overseas, with a workflow designed to reduce food waste while maintaining flavour and efficiency.
